We offer custom ice climbing trips for small groups of ice climbers who want to explore the best of waterfall ice and mixed climbing in Wyoming. The Bighorn Basin in northwest Wyoming is home to one of the largest concentrations of waterfall ice climbing in the country. From the alpine slot canyons of South Fork of the Shoshone River, to the “Box” of Clark’s Fork of the Yellowstone River, to the high desert canyons of Bighorn Mountains, we are fortunate to guide a wide variety of world class ice climbing terrain. These custom ice climbing trips are demanding physically and technically, requiring a high level of physical fitness and a background in technical ice climbing. Trips range from light and fast day missions to three-day overnight outings, depending on the objective and conditions. If you’re looking for a one of a kind ice climbing experience in some of the most beautiful venues in the world, this is the trip for you!

Our rates reflect the extremely labor intensive nature of these trips for our guides, including multiple days of scouting, extensive planning, risk management, and travel. Rates include all equipment – no hidden fees.
1 day trip: $400 / 1 person; $600 / 2 people
2 day trip: $700 / 1 person; $1000 / 2 people
3 day trip: $900 / person; $1200 / 2 people
